Privacy Policy

Effective 22 September 2026

Tetherhaul does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data. It is a single-player game that runs entirely on your device. There are no accounts, no sign-in, no analytics, no advertising, and no third-party SDKs that gather information about you.

What information is involved

Essentially none. Tetherhaul stores only your game progress — Marks, contract stars, records, owned and equipped cosmetics, and your settings — locally on your device. This information never leaves the device and is not visible to us or anyone else.

Motion data

Tetherhaul steers with device tilt using CoreMotion. Motion readings are used only in the moment, on your device, to control the tug. They are never recorded, stored, or transmitted anywhere.

How it is used

Your saved progress is used solely to let you continue where you left off and to show your own records. It powers nothing outside the app.

On-device processing

All gameplay and saving happen on your device. Tetherhaul makes no network requests for its features and sends nothing to any server.

Data retention and deletion

Your saved data lives on your device until you clear it in the game's settings or delete the app. Deleting Tetherhaul removes all of its stored data.

Children's privacy

Tetherhaul is a family-friendly casual game suitable for general audiences. Because it collects no personal data from anyone, it collects none from children.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use of the game after an update means you accept the revised policy.
